Clear information, handled with care

Privacy & website disclaimer

This page explains what information may be collected through this website, how it may be used, and what this website does—and does not—provide.

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Information you choose to share

We may receive the information you voluntarily send when you call, email, or use a consultation or contact tool connected to this website. This may include your name, contact information, preferred language, and a brief description of why you are contacting the firm.

Website contact forms are intended only for basic initial contact. Information submitted through a form may be transmitted to LegalFit and then to Monday.com so the firm can respond and manage follow-up. Calendly is a separate third-party scheduling service used for intake screenings. Paid attorney consultations use AG Law Firm's client portal, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Information entered in either scheduling service may be processed under that service's privacy practices.

Please do not send confidential case details, identity documents, immigration numbers, financial information, or other sensitive records through ordinary email or a basic website form. Our team will tell you when and how to use an approved secure channel.

Website and analytics information

When analytics is enabled, this site is intended to use one Google Tag Manager container to load one Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google tag. No separate Google tag is intended to be hardcoded elsewhere on the site. The GA4 tag is intended to use cookie_domain: aglawnj.com so visits across the English and Spanish areas are less likely to be split into separate sessions. Google and the website host may receive limited technical and usage information, such as browser and device type, approximate location, pages visited, and the time of a visit.

Planned analytics events include clicks on telephone links, activity in the Calendly booking process, and successful website form submissions. The site may also record UTM attribution values—including source, medium, campaign, and content—to help the firm understand how a visitor reached the site. This measurement is for website operations and improvement; it is not used to make legal decisions about anyone.

How information may be used

We may use information to respond to your request, arrange a consultation, provide language assistance, operate and secure the website, improve our services, and comply with professional or legal obligations.

AG Law Firm does not sell website visitors’ personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the firm, or when disclosure is required by law, professional obligations, or protection of the firm and others.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received and for applicable legal, ethical, security, or recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you submitted through the website or to request a correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained because of legal, ethical, security, or recordkeeping obligations.

Website disclaimer

This website provides general information only. It is not legal advice, and it does not promise or guarantee any outcome. Immigration laws and procedures can change, and every person’s facts are different.

Viewing this website, sending a message, or contacting AG Law Firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only after the firm agrees to represent you and both sides complete the required engagement process. Do not rely on this website instead of advice from an attorney about your specific situation.
