Estefania “Nia” Reichard is an immigration attorney who has spent her career advocating for immigrant families and vulnerable populations. Her interest in immigration law began while interpreting for the immigration law clinic at Loyola University New Orleans and deepened during an internship with Catholic Charities New Orleans, where she worked primarily on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases. That early experience shaped the course of her legal career.
Since then, Nia has developed broad experience in immigration law, with a focus on humanitarian relief, removal defense, and family-based petitions. She has worked in both nonprofit and private-practice settings, including as a staff attorney with Catholic Charities New Orleans and as an associate at a local Baton Rouge immigration law firm.

Nia holds a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and an M.P.P. from Loyola University Chicago. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2019 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
