Which immigration appointment should I book?
You do not need to know the legal name of your problem. This guide compares AG Law Firm’s two new-client appointment options and points you to the one that best matches what you want from the conversation.
Do not enter a name, receipt number, A-number, court date, or private case story. The tool uses only the buttons you select, keeps nothing after you leave the page, and does not decide legal urgency or eligibility.

With an intake specialist
Free 15-minute screening
Use this when you want to explain the general reason for contacting the firm, ask how appointments work, or learn whether a paid attorney consultation may be an appropriate next step. The intake specialist is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.
See the free screening →With an attorney
Paid attorney consultation
Use this when you want to discuss legal questions, risks, notices, decisions, or possible next steps with an attorney. The current fee, length, and meeting format are shown before you confirm the directly bookable appointment.
See the paid consultation →Three simple rules
- 1
Need legal advice?
Choose the paid attorney consultation. A free screening cannot analyze the law or tell you what to file.
- 2
Not sure the firm handles the problem?
The free screening is a practical place to start. Describe only the general topic; detailed facts belong in the proper private setting.
- 3
Detention, court, a decision, or close timing?
The tool points toward an attorney consultation, but it cannot calculate a deadline or confirm availability. Call during office hours if timing is close.
What happens after you choose
Both appointment pages explain what the meeting includes and what it does not include. A booking is not a promise that AG Law Firm will accept representation, and no outcome is guaranteed. If the firm later offers representation, the scope, fees, and responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement.
Staff monitor calls and messages Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. You may send a message at any time; the firm responds within one business day. AG Law Firm is not available 24/7.
Appointment guidance only. This page is general information, not legal advice. Every situation is different.
